The PREDU® P is a self-acting pilot operated pressure reducing valve for use on steam and air, that will accurately control downstream pressure (P2), regardless of the upstream pressure (P1), or demand from the system. A pilot valve senses the downstream pressure (P2) which in turn controls the main valve. The result is a very narrow proportional band which together with the low hysteresis enables very precises and stable pressure control.

ZETRIX^® – the ARI process valve for the most demanding applications.

The disc of the ZETRIX^® valve can completely shut off the flow of liquid and gaseous media by means of a 90° open/closed swivel movement. This butterfly valve is versatile, has a long service life and is reliably sealed even under the toughest operating conditions.

 The triple eccentric design of the disc (maximum closing force with minimum effort) is supported by an ‘intelligent’ sealing ring (uniform closing force, as it is self-centring and floats freely on the sealing surface). The multitude of additional safety options, which are always included, such as the armoured, stellited sealing seat (Stellit™ 21) as standard across all nominal sizes, supports the so-called metallic sealing principle throughout the entire life cycle and beyond. Conventional cycles consider a period of up to a maximum of 20 years, whereas ZETRIX and its finite element method-based, detailed development assumes an operating life of 30 to 50 years, among other things.

The ZETRIX® triple eccentric butterfly valve is also available with special drive technology, whether pneumatic or, for example, electro-hydraulic, which, among other things, also offers a so-called safety quick closure (#ESD) in less than 1 second for the switching process, the rotational movement of the butterfly valve disc.

The extensive portfolio is currently being expanded to include a cryogenic version for temperature ranges from -196 °C to -60 °C. Our ZETRIX standard range offers you a choice of temperature ranges from -60°C to +550°C in nominal pressure ratings PN 6 to PN 100 or in ASME ANSI Class 150, 300 and 600.

The ZEDOX® is a double-eccentric high-performance butterfly valve that is used to shut off and / or throttle liquid and gaseous media. The double-eccentric sealing principle of the ZEDOX® (double offset of the pivot point) reduces the angle at which the disc comes into contact with the seat compared to centric butterfly valves - and thus relieves the metal seal when opening.

The Innovative HEXO Disc Design by ARI-Armaturen

The HEXO honeycomb disc design is registered and unique worldwide. The individual honeycombs on the back of the valve disc ensure a significant optimisation and calming of the flow downstream of the entire valve. In addition, the new honeycomb disc design leads to significantly improved KVS values, which are up to 35 % higher than those of standard High Performance valves. The honeycomb disc is manufactured to the highest quality. Up to and including DN 500, investment casting is used. The disc offers excellent aerodynamic properties due to the intelligently rounded shaft and pin design and is thus the perfect choice for various water and steam applications.
