Standard mechanical seal
The scope of production of our standard range, for mechanical seals of various standard designs is very comprehensive and diverse. Our product portfolio comprises of O-ring mechanical seals, PTFE wedge ring mechanical seals, externally mounted mechanical seals, mechanical seals with elastomeric bellows, mechanical seals with metal bellows, double mechanical seals.
Our product range consists of direction-dependent and direction-independent mechanical seals as well as mechanical seals for loaded and unloaded applications. We can ship most of the standard mechanical seals from our warehouse very quickly. This saves time, money and nerves. Typical for the MSG service.
The MSG plant produces mechanical seals according to the highest standards and they go through a strict quality test before they are shipped. Important factors for testing the tolerances are, for example, a high plane parallelism of the sealing surfaces, a good perpendicularity of the sealing surfaces in the rotational axis direction, spring pressure on the sealing surfaces and presence of a lubricating film between two sealing surfaces.
Cartridge mechanical seals
There are also a variety of different designs in the wide range of cartridge mechanical seals, which are produced at MSG. The customer-oriented approach of our stock thus enables a quick delivery time of the most common cartridge mechanical seals.
If the cartridge mechanical seals that you need are not in stock, then different types of designs can be produced at short notice for each type. Fast and reliable.
The sealing surfaces can be provided in the standard materials or customised to specific requirements. Thus, our aim is to always ensure a maximum operating time. Using MSG cartridge sealing systems means - contingent on your high quality models - an increase in profitability and reliability.
Agitators seals
MSG is a powerful partner with innovative products when it comes to development and production of mechanical seal technology for agitators, mixers and other aggregates. Our long-standing experience helps us provide solutions to your requirements, which is especially goes for the production of special solutions.
In the agitator technology, the sealing of a rotating agitator shaft represents the principal sealing task in the passage through a container wall. A variety of sealing designs are used, which are calibrated depending on the operating conditions such as media quality, temperature, pressure and speed.
Best quality standards, starting from design to delivery, are the key to our success. That's what keeps us going every day. Our objective is to optimise our automated production processes further so that even the smallest errors cab be avoided, a high level of availability is can be guaranteed and quick response times can be achieved.
